A call before you sign
Twenty minutes on video to walk through what you're about to sign.
Email questions

Timing
Call us before the walk-through, not after
Most purchase contracts give you a short window to object to title or survey problems. Once it closes, your choices narrow. Send the contract the day you sign it, and we'll put each deadline at the top of your summary.

Buyers ask us
Is the fee the same for every house?
For a single home with one loan, yes. Land, buildings with several units and owner-financed sales get their own quote first.
Does the fee include title insurance?
No. Title insurance, recording fees and lender charges are paid at closing to those companies. Our fee covers our legal work only.
Can you negotiate with the seller for me?
We draft the objection or amendment and explain your options. Talks about price usually stay with your agent, if you have one.
Send us the purchase contract
Start with the short form. We'll reply with a quote and a secure link for the contract, then send back every deadline and anything that needs a closer look.
