When a tenancy goes wrong
A notice sent on time settles most of it
Most problems start as a missed payment or a repair nobody agrees on. A clear notice, sent when the lease says, settles many of them. When it doesn't, we quote the next step flat, whether that's a demand letter or an eviction filing, before we take it.

Landlords ask us
Can I use a lease I found online?
You can, but most aren't written for your property or your rules. We often start from the one you have and fix what's missing.
Do you help tenants too?
Yes, with lease reviews and deposit questions. We won't take a matter against a landlord who is already our client.
What does an eviction cost?
It depends on the county and whether the tenant contests it. You get a flat quote for the filing and hearing before we start; court fees are separate.
