What the contact form collects

Your name, email, phone number if you give it, the kind of matter, and your message. We use them to check for conflicts and reply with a quote. We don't sell them or share them for marketing.

Visit statistics

We count visits to each page to see what people read. These counts don't identify you.

Documents

Clients send documents through a secure upload link, not this website. Those files are kept with the client's file under our professional duty of confidentiality.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as long as the rules for lawyers require.
